how many habitats can you have in pocket frogs?

im on level 12 and only have 7 habitats and the nursery and cant seem to buy anymore habitats , how many habitats are there to buy ? and how do you get them ?
 
Im pretty sure you can only have seven because there would be a button to buy more.
