Glo Fish are very energetic fish and prefer larger tanks (20-30 gallons). A ten gallon could house 4-6 glo fish no more then 6. I would say 5 glo fish would be the perfect number for a 10 gallon. If possible upgrade to a larger tank in the glo fish. Upgrading will give glo fish more space to swim and with a bigger tank you can add more. Glo fish are schooling fish and prefer to be in large groups. Also if you are looking for more info about glo fish on the web type in zebra danio instead. Zebra Danios are the exact same thing as glo fish except they are different colors. (Genetic Modification gives the different colors.)
