The inch per gallon rule doesn't work. There's a lot more you need to consider here. Mollies get fairly large. In that tank I would say maybe 2 more male Mollies (not sailfin, they get too big) and a 3-4 Corydoras (smaller species like Panda or Sterbai, NOT Emerald or Bronze) and leave it at that. An understocked tank is a happy tank after all.
I would not recommend female Mollies or else you'll have a massively overstocked tank within a few months! I would also not recommend any long-finned fish as Mollies can be fin nippers and bullies.
Make sure your tank is fully cycled and established before you add more fish!
