That would be too many fish for a 15 gallon. Angelfish can get quite large. TWO angelfish is even too many for a 15 gallon, seeing as they can get to a max of 7" and require really good water quality to survive. The tiger barbs must be kept in a group of 5 or more and can possibly pick on the corycats. I would stick with community fish, rather than semi-aggressive (the tiger barbs and angelfish). Most people will say one inch of fish per one gallon, but this is so wrong for most fish. Would you put a 12" oscar in a 12 gallon? No.
