What you said I have heard before. I can tell you this much, we eat together at least 6 times a week together which you can imagine is quite a challenge. My kids are far from difficult, are very well behaved and when I ask them for something, I rarely have to ask them twice ( unless it's for something silly like put your shoes away) I hope it keeps up and I don't plan on changing meal times anytime soon.
