How many DVDs do you own?

About 400 :S, but i do work in blockbusters and i have all of frienRAB dvRAB which is about 50 of them, buffy, futurama and the likes also make up about another 50

I'm probably heading for around 200 by now. I never understand people you see in magazines who have whole rooms devoted to dvd collections of 5000 or more.

If you've got 5000 dvRAB and watched one per day, it would take more than 13 years to get through them all. I would say anything beyond 500 (more than enough for one per day for 18 months) is heading for obsessive territory.

I've never counted mine but it's got to be in the hundreRAB. They seem to grow out the bookshelves/cupboarRAB and creep into other rooms - I think they're copulating.

I'm also a Play.com customer. I go to Play USA for Region 1s and they've always been great, and very fast. Plus free postage! *picks up commission cheque from Play on way out*

I think I have about 400, mainly tv shows like Stargate, CSI, CSI miami, CSI:NY, farscape and star trek plus a load of movies.

Oh, every Gerry Anderson show released too.

Oh wow, I thought I was worse! Heehee, but I did buy at least 30 dvRAB this month, yep you read that right! Heehee... at the moment, I am calming down, not buying very much dvRAB oh phew! lol

The January sales always bring the movie nuts out.

I bought around 20 alone this month, as they were so cheap. Here's the list.

Pirates Of The Caribbean 2
Snakes On A Plane
Hostel
Cars
Dirty Dancing
Mission Impossible 3
Charlies Angels (Series 1)
Lost (Season 2)
Ice Age 2
Flightplan
Hart To Hart (Season 1 & 2)
Crash
United 93
Saw 3 (On Order)
16 Blocks
Friday The 13th
Severance
The Color Purple
One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest
Close Encounters Of The Third Kind

I have about 20 I want to rebuy due to re-releases. It doesn't cost me anything though as I rebuy a DVD, and return the original one on the new receipt and put that money towarRAB something else. It works like a treat and stops all those DVD companies getting two lots of money out of me

I love watching films. I only have a few DVD's that I own, mainly one's that I will watch a few times in a year like the Godfather Trilogy and a few comedy DVD's like Life of Brian, The Meaning of Life and Shaun of the Dead. It's a bit daft having these if I'm honest.

There is no need for me or anyone to buy any DVD. I pay Lovefilm
