How many are in the game? I've found 1 on the middle island a block away from your safe house and i've found a NGR900 dealership in teh 3rd city.

I'm assuming you just steal the cars off the lot? I'm not completely sure though, because I haven't found a dealership.

you dont buy them you steal them but you just have a big selection of colors and shit sometimes you cant find a NGR900F or a NGR900RR but you can go here and get one for stunt jumps and shit.
