...maintain/improve my level of fitness? Recently i've been 300 pushups, 300 situps, 30 pullups, 125 bodyweight squats. I try to do the workout 3 times each week (monday/wednesday/friday), but i often find that after two workouts i'm too exhausted to be able to do a third workout at the end of the week. so i wanted to know how many times each week these exercises need to be performed in order to (1) maintain my level of fitness and (2) to improve my level of fitness/capabilities. thanks!
