ok so we are five people that share a house in london, there are lots of problems in the house, for starters, its has been broken into, people hate each other ,with big fghts, people living without paying rent, etc, etc, etc,,,We do have a joint assured tenancy agreement which is quite bad, last incident was one of the flatmates living wihtout paying the rent..and the rest don't have the money to pay for the one who left,,we know we are liable for the rent..but we have no money..literally..so we can see that the landlord has two options either taking us to court or serve us with an eviction,,,,,the question is, if the last happens and he decides to go for the eviction, how many days or weeks by law is it gonna take.or do we gonna have to look for another place in the mean time? thanks

tHE LANDLORD BY LAW HAS TO GIVE A TENANT 90 DAYS TO LEAVE BY EVICTION. THIS HAS TO BE DELIVERED BY A MARSHALL TO THE TENANT. IF THE TENANT IS NOT OUT BY THE 90 DAYS THE LANDLORD THEN GOES BACK TO HAVE THE MARSHALL COME AND REMOVE THAT PERSON FROM THE PROPERTY.
