what is the earliest amount of days after sex can you do a pregnancy test? Whats the best test to do here in Australia?

I know your hormones are better after your period is due but I am so impatient!!!
My last pregnancy, I tested before my period was due and it came back negative then the day I was due I tested again and it was positive......just wondering if anyone knows how many days it takes to get those hormones high enough to show that little pink line?

You can take it 5 days before your period, but it also shows in the instructions that the results could still come up negative.

Best bet, the day before, of or after your missed period.
 
14 days should be enough.

can't give you the specific amount of days it will take for the hormone to be high enough to test for sure because everyone ovulates at different times and implantation happens at different times for everyone as well. Visit the site. It's a good one. :)
