How many cups of tea would it take to melt the polar ice caps?

Me and my boyfriend just where having tea and we got to wondering.

I was thinking, there must be a carbon foot print for your average cut of tea, one sugar and milk, a foot print that includes the production and shipping of all the ingredients as well as heating the water.

My boyfriend replied "then how many cups of tea do you think it would take to melt the polar ice caps?"

If anyone out there knows the math let me know cause I'm really curious now.
