I'm male, 22 and weigh 168lbs. My jogging speed is approx 10kph and my walking speed approx 6kph. For the following route I will try and compare the hill to treadmill inclines...
1 mile jog going between level ground and inclines of approx 5%
Then a brisk walk up hill for approx 20 minutes on inclines ranging from 12% to about 20% (15% being the highest on most treadmills Ive been on)
Then a jog accross the top of the hill for about a mile ranging between 4 and 6% incline
Then walking back down for 20mins
Then finishing with the 1 mile jog back to the start
Roughly how many calories are you talking for that?
Thanks
