I'm 15, 5'4", 95 lbs., 16% body fat. I eat a lot, but of really healthy stuff. You know, five fruits/vegetables per day, 3 servings of low fat or fat free dairy, a couple servings of protein. I eat 3-4 servings of grains daily. (Vegetarian) I never eat fast food, and am not a fan of the processed variety. I like natural and organic. I'm a naturally athletic, but how many calories should I burn daily through exercise to maintain this weight?
