I'm trying to lose a little weight, with a net calorie budget of 1040. Sometimes I go over, but I make sure never to go over the amount it says I should eat to maintain my weight which is 1730. However, I gain like 3 pounds if I eat that much. Why? Is there a more realistic budget? Some advice would be appreciated!
