I weight about 220 (sadly lol), am 5'4", female.
And also, how much should I exercise daily?
Here is what y dieting has been like for the past two days:
7/7/09:
Special K+milk=175
gum(2)=30
salad=135
fruit salad(fresh pineapple, apple, and banana)=307
a crap load of baked chips
=1080...dont ask lol
water(3 bottles)
Which totals 1727 calories for that day plus I exercised and burned 286 cals 20 minutes in on the treadmill and did about 15 or so mins of weights.
7/8/09:

Fresh Pinapple(1 c)=78
bananas(3 throughout the day)=330
2 cough drops=10
Stride gum=<5
Apples(2)=160
less than a slice of Pepperoni pizza from Pizza hut(250 per slice)=about 150 or so I guess(that I consumed)
1 Square of Graham craker=16
Total cals consumed=928
Burned=276 on treadmill and 200 on stair climber and weight training
So yea...just a but of insight to my 'diet'
How much should I burn daily, and how much should I consume daily to lose weight?
