I'm 17 and I'm trying to drop some pounds. I'm 5'9 and 236lbs. Every single day I Fast-Walk or Bike 5-7 miles around the local park which burns about 450-530 calories give or take.
1) How many Calories should I be consuming in a day with the exercise I've been doing without gaining extra weight?
2) Does the concept "Burn more than you consume." only count towards the 1st meal of the day?
