so i just lost a lot of weight (65 pounds) and no weigh 150 pounds and am 16 years old(im a guy). i go to crew every day after school and row, but i would not call it "strenuous activity" neccesarily. on the weekends i run 5 miles on one day and usually either run again the other day or go to the gym. i want to know howmany calories i should be eating, and all of those websites seem to give me different answers. if anyone has a good website then i would appreciate it. thanks.(i currently am eating 3000 calories and think that is too much)
