How many calories should I be eating?

Basically I eat one meal a day which is around 500-550 calories but I have been told it is not enough. I only eat when I am hungry (which is hardly ever).I do lots of exercise, over 1hr a day and I have very muscly, strong legs.I am 5"2 and 102lbs.Also, I hurt my calf muscles in swimming on Tuesday, I could hardly walk on Wednesday but I still went to 2 dance classes, and on Thursday I went swimming and played basketball and it still hurt, I went bowling on Friday, and they still hurt after I did a dance lesson this morning. By doing all my normal exercise did I damage calf's more?
 
It sounds like you exercise a lot and do not eat enough. You need at least 4 meals a day. High in protein, decent in carbs, and lower in fat. But do eat fish which has healthy fats. Rest for a week, ice your calves.
