How many calories should a 14 year old girl eat per meal?

This is what I ate so far..

Breakfast: 225 calories
(shredded wheat cereal & 1/2 cup of almond milk)

Lunch: 350 calories
(veggie burrito)

Snacks: 115 calories
(rice cake and a nectarine)

Gum: 10 calories

So, 700 calories so far.

I go for a walk every day for an hour,
but other than that I don't play any sports or anything.

And I didn't have dinner yet,
& that will be 400-600 calories, maybe.

(I'm vegan)
