Breakfast: 2 slices of 40 calorie whole wheat bread with sugar free jelly and 1 tbs of peanut butter and a small bowl of mixed melon chunks

Lunch:Two Large oranges, and sugar free jello

snack: sugar free jello

Dinner: big bowl of vegetables (1 chopped cucumber, 1 chopped zucchini, 1 bell pepper, Broccoli, lettuce and tomatoes) with two 50 calorie tortillas and Sugar free Ketchup

Dessert: a Bowl of 50 calorie Puff cereal and a handful of regular cereal with Fat free frozen yogurt and fat free reddie whip

I ran 7 miles than went to 90 minutes of ballet class for exercise
