How many calories do you burn after this type of exercise?

Well, I've been working out on my exercise bike lately...maybe this is weird, but I usually burn 200 calories, then take a quick rest (that takes me 25 minutes, usually) and then I burn another 200 after a 20 minute break and then I do the same in the evening, so in total, I'm burning off 800 calories a day.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows how much you burn after this kind of exercise..'cause I know the body continues to burn calories after exercise, right? I'd just like a rough estimate.
 
The estimates from your machine won't be great anyway, as everyone has a different metabolic rate, unless your machine has a height/weight/gender input, then it may be a bit more accurate. Cardio exercise like bike riding does burn calories after, but not as much as resistance training. It would be worth coupling cardio with resistance training to maximise carb burning.
but without giving your level of fitness/gender/weight etc, you cant really make a guess as to how many you burn once you stop.
