How many calories do I burn durrng my sprint sessons?

I wanted to know how much of a workout im getting during practice,

stretches for 15 min,
warmup-mile jog,
8-10 100m full out sprints with 2 min recovery time,
mile jog cool down,
10 min stretch.

The workout usually lasts for about an hour, recovery times included..

how much of a workout am i getting? (calorie/fat burn?)
