How many calories did I burn when I rode my bike for 55 minutes ?

My neighborhood is kind of hilly ( it has a lot of hills ) .

I rode around my coldasac ( ???? ) and down someone else's coldasac which has a VEEERRRY long hill . I was going between 3-6 miles per hours I switched a lot , lol .

So ? What do you think ?
