How many calories are in Olive Garden's Smoked Mozzerella Fonduta?

I'm trying to find out how many calories are in Olive Garden's Smoked Mozzarella Fonduta, not including the bread - just the cheese. How many cups / tablespoons / etc. are in the appetizer?

Please list your source so I'll know if it's something I've already looked at.
 
My sister works there and she says that they soak the Fonduta in butter. So I would say A LOT
