Hey Everyone,
I am interested in how many calories I should be consuming a day so that I don't gain weight. I have been looking online and getting anywhere between 2000 and 3500. What do you guys think?
I am a 20 year old male, 6 feet tall, 170 lbs, and I work out every other day for at least an hour at the gym (lifting, cardio)
