How many C50C's?

Does anybody happen to know how many C50C's Suzuki put out in 2006 or 2007 compared to the C50?
It seems like there are not that many people in the forum with the C50C.
 
My son just picked one out. The last 2006 on the dealer's lot, so he got a good deal. He loves the looks & can afford the payments/insurance. I can't believe what he gets for the money. At his age, I was riding a used Yamaha 250. Suzuki C50C not only outclasses my first ride, but frankly, the liquid cooling, shaft drive and alloy wheels knock the socks of the Hondas in the same class at that dealer.

I'm trying to figure out why that bike hung on so long on the lot. Is it the white paint? Personally, we both think it looks awesome.

Does anyone ride theirs without the passenger seat? Any suggested dress-up for a bike with no passenger seat?
 
I bought the 2006 c50c limited edition, white pearl with ghost flames and the black leather is studded. It too was a left over and I was very happy with the deal. I am putting cobra engine/crash bars on it, and better mirrors that yield a better view and also look better. I do not like the weak horn on this crusier and want to know if anyone has tried the compact ebel compressed air horn on this model? Not much space to work with. To jazz it up a bit I wld like to add to my wish list, chrom lic. plates and perhaps put the for LED lights as auxillary screws for running or turn signal lights. also I like the front and back chrom fender detailing that is avail at customcruisers.com.
 
I bought my '05 C50Le (Red w/ ghost flames) late in the 2005 season, but same story -- the dealer said he couldn't move it. Lucky me! :)
 
Hey everyone,- I know this is a little late on posting but since I just bought an 06 C50C yesterday, I have to say I can't wait until riding season begins! It only has 514 miles on it, so it's still pretty much new. I love the look of the white with ghost flames alot, and that is what prompted me to buy it. You see so many black C50's and C50T's out there, -not that I don't like black, I just prefer something that's not as common.
Anyway, hello to everyone out there and I hope that we all have a safe riding season comming up!

Congrats on the new bike, I think you'll love the C50c. I've gotten lots of compliments with mine. Great bike for the price. ummm.. you got me thinking.. I'm gonna go out with my parka and start it up and hope my hands don't freeze to the handlebars!!:scooter:
