how many bicycle crunches do i have to do a day, to get a flat tummy by January?

crunches are a waste of time if you want a flat tummy. hit the treadmill & refine your diet. every nutritionist and trainer will tell you just that. cardio cardio cardio - 30 minute minimum.
 
i know it varys but like 150 crunches etcc

o i have about 3 inches of fat over my abs--my waist size is a 28 and i wanna b 25-26
