K kent New member Dec 12, 2009 #1 Recently I see many mail forwarding companies like usa2me.com and usamail1.com which are able to offer lower rates using DHL, Fedex. So I wonder how are they able to get these rates which are lower yet generate to them. Anyone knows why? TQ.
