Depends upon his original sentence, largely, plus whatever they give him for theft, depending upon whether it is petty or grand theft. They will most likely revoke his parole, and he will serve the remainder of his original sentence. Plus the additional sentence for theft. Whether they run it concurrently (together) or consecutively (staked) is up to the judge.
