How long would someone go to jail for punching a 15 year old in the face?

I am wondering incase I tell the cops.
the guy who hit him was like in his early 30s
we didnt even know the man he just attacked...
dude its not that it hurt it was the fact of an adult doing that for no reason and needs to be justified.
I dont know the guy dosnt mean I dont know where he lives.... damn quit questioning me, answer my question or dont say anything at all.
 
Assult on any minor is a serious offense when you are an adult. No one can say how long he would go to jail. It's all up to the state laws and judge. He could get fined and community service, or get time. But I would definately tell the police.
 
how are you going to tell the cops, if you didn't know the man?
get your facts straight first, and after that press charges.
 
ha prolly just get taken to his parents when ur under 18 anything goes those are the days to stir shit up lol so grand slam his ass in the face lol
