a new job? I want to work in a call centre as just a normal customer adviser (no selling or outbound calls) but any job i tried for all say i don't have enough call centre experience even though i have 7 years face to face customer service experience. I have now got myself a job in an outbound call centre thanks to a friend that is suppose to be a horrible job but i'm going to stick with it just to gain call centre experience. How long do you reckon i should stay in this job ideally before i start looking again for a new job with being able to say i have call centre experience?
