This is My second Day of Doing Bicycle Cruncches to lose some stomache flab.
I do 3-4 sets and 15-20 reps a day.
I'm on a diet that forbids any sweety, greasy, salty, foods/ drinks.
So I want to know approximatley, how long would it take to get some results from doing bucycle crunches (like getting more of a flat stomache.)
PLEASE TELL ME IT WONT TAKE MORE THAN 2 MONTHS!!! (=0
