Husband is a Car Sales Man. He has to go on lot walk around with Customer, do test drive etc. After being in a car accident on Dec. 23, 2009. Husband gets up and is still walking around slowly. He had some soreness where the seat belt fastens and I think that is ok now. His neck and shoulder also were messed up think that is ok. It is if the neck and shoulder pain sank into his lower back region now, He is better for sure and not able to jump and run after a customer. Here it is. His Boss doesn't care.. The Boss just wants him to get back to work. The Dealership is short of Salesman. My Husband is being told by his co-workers The Boss says he is going to Fire my Husband if he doesn't get back to work.
It is hurting us financially by my Husband being off work however he is not the type of man that calls in sick, takes time off and now to hear if he doesn't get back to work he will be let go.
If he tells his Doctor he is ready to go back to work I am sure the Doctor will release him. Is this the right thing to do.
My Husband has work for this Big Named Dealership in Indy for many years. He has been number one Salesman many times over the years and he has yet to get a call to see how he is doing.. How is that for Loyalty?
