(AUSTRALIA) I just renewed my contract with optus on the 9th of July with a brand new iphone locked to optus.
Optus reckons its the software problem with the iphone and it got to be sent to a technician in syd to fix the problem. I have been told it "should" come back to optus in 2 weeks. But what I have heard from my friends had to wait approx 3 months but it shouldn't take too long for the technician to repair my iphone?
