2. FRAUD-UTTER FALSE INSTRUMENT

She has no criminal record but she has been in a fight with a girl who reported her to the authorities...but charges were dropped. The fight was not her fault, she was jumped by someone. Hope that helps.
**she is not guilty** and this is not california, it's florida. i think we should be caring more about child mollestors and rapists than people that write a name on a piece of paper...it's just ridiculous if you ask me. we waste all this time on petty things, petty crimes, petty people...when we should be searching for those millions of children that are missing. i really hate the justice system. nothing is ever just.
