I live about an hour from the closest fish seller (other than Wal-Mart but I refuse to buy fish from there) and am trying to figure out if they will live long enough to make it home from the store? I know that once I get them home I need to stick the bag in the tank for a while to get the water up to the same temp so they don't die from shock or anything so we are talking over an hour without the benefit of a filtered tank in a little confined space. Will they be ok?
How long will my fish be able to survive in their plastic bag?
