you loss noting by exercising only .you should consult with a physician
to have a proper diet ,in my case i had only one meal,a day,no eggs ,fat,oil,salt,Sugar,rice,bread,cookies,butter,potatoes,fries of any kind,or very little of them,no junk food,no ice cream and soft or hard drink of any kind only water,lot of veggies,fruits,milk,yogurt,fish,greens,
and cheese,juices were allowed,it took me about a year !
