bankruptcy was discharged? I live in Arizona, my bankruptcy was discharged November 4, 2008. My car lease was included in the bankruptcy. I made my car payments until Oct. 2009 when the lease expired. I am not making the payments now and tried to buy the car from them, but they want 6 thousand more than its worth. How long will it take them to repo the car without making payments?
 
usually by the third month without payment the car company with repot it. They usually send many notices that if payment is not paid they will come and get it.
