...car purchased on ebay.? The guy is from Louisiana and I'm from Houston, Texas. Also, will he have to come to Texas to file the lawsuit? Will it be hard for him? I think he's bluffing. Either way Please Help! Thanks.
 
this is a good example of why people should not buy cars on ebay.

this is especially true for cars out of state.

I know of a number of disputes involving cars sold over the internet.

You should have the opportunity to have a car inspected by your mechanic before you buy it.

You cannot do that with cars purchased over the internet.
