how long will i have to ride a bike for to lose weight?

how many minutes will i have to ride a bike for every day for to lose 20 pounds
 
it depends on how active you are right now... umm, i would say start out at 35 or 45 minutes and work your way up 10 minutes every 3 days. that's how i lost 35 pounds
 
I would run if you can running 2-3 miles a day you can drop 20 pounds in 6 weeks.
 
Probably if you bike around... 10, 20 miles every day for a few weeks you'll loose weight. The thing is, biking is less for losing weight, more for just staying healthy. You might gain weight in muscle. The best way to lose weight is to walk, run or bike a lot and eat healthy.
 
You sound like me! I've been riding for an average of an hour a day and nothing!!! EGADS!!!!
