Hi, I have also been of suboxone now for approx. 1 month and I am still feeling cold. I have always felt warm before this but now feel all the time "chilled to the bone". I wish it was over with also. Another thing that is weird and I am not sure that it is from withdrawl or just going off of the opiates before going on Suboxone. My feet are always freezing. I can have big heavy sox and slippers on and they feel bulky and I take my sox off and my feet are always freezing. They don't feel cold to me so I take my sox off but....to the touch they are really cold, also my nose always feel the same way.

Take care, hope you feel better soon.

well maybe part of the problem is we are both from michigan! ha. the weather doesn't really help much i guess. some times are better then others, i think if i can move around it does help, but i have an office job so i am practically sitting on my space heater! i will be glad for it to go away and am hoping to soon feel some what normal. i have read lots of your posts on this board and i wish you the best. you have a lot more to deal with then i did or do. most of my problems were emotional, tho things out of my control, like my husband having kidney failure, my brother died a year ago deceraber at age 57, my mom broke her hip and is now in a nursing home, my daughter is single, pregnant with no money - too much for me to take at one time, so i reached for the vics! after over one year i decided i had to stop, so far so good. the sub just wiped me out, i fell asleep driving my car, that was the last day i took any. hope you are back to "room temperature" soon! have a good day, amed

Wow you have had an awful lot to deal with. I don't know what to say to you except I am so glad that you got off of the vics. and oh god yes the subs. If you don't mind me asking did your doc put you on the subs? You don't have to answer me. I am glad that the only withdrawl you are getting is cold, so you must be feeling better from when you stopped. Take care of yourself and I am sorry that all of this has happened to you.
Yes Michigan is very cold. I don't even go outside lately at all. My hubby has been doing the grocery shopping for me and helping me to cook. I have to clean myself of course which is not easy especially vacuuming. Oh well it isn't going anywhere. I am going to my new "neurologist" tomorrow and hopefully she will send me for some more tests, MRI's, catscans, etc. to find out what is wrong. I am also anxious and on my last nerve due to this terrible chronic pain and nothing to help me at all with it. I have had everything done. I am sure you saw my note that this week I get the "test shots" for the nerve burning under radio frequency in my neck. I still have to wait another to weeks to get the real burning done and go back two weeks after that to have the other side done. I hope the new doc tomorrow can give me something to help my pain (something obviously non-narcotic). Take care Ahmed and talk to you soon.

hi, yes the doctor, it was the so called miracle drug. i have put a whole bunch of info together to send him on his miracle drug. i would have done much better had i quit / tapered the vics. i am doing good compared to lots of people on the board, and i am lucky i do not have chronic pain or i don't think i would stop taking them. wishing you the best, it doesn't seem fair that one person has to suffer so much. i give you LOTS of credit for stopping the drugs, i don't think i would have under your circumstances. hope it warms up soon, amed
