my boyfriend was arrested for possision of cocaine and weed which was both felonys
and then being within a 1000 feet of a school..he was given 3 years probation which he dropped a possitive drug test and violated he was arrested and re requested no to be re instated so they sent him to a 9 month program which was like a work release place.he was caught drinking there and was kicked out and now they have put out a warrent for him which is a violation like last time.he has decided he wants to just take the jail time.what kind of time do you think he will be looking at??
and is there any possible way for me to get him out on house arrest at my home?
this was his first conviction in florida and he is 21.
