How long will Avatar be in cinemas for?

My local cineworld is showing it until at least Thursday 11th February, with three screenings (in 3D)

As for 2D, it's only confirmed for up to Tuesday 9th February, when it will have only one screening.


Would people say this is good news for the movie, considering my cinema has only 10 screens?
 
Cineworld Sheffield has actually got more 3D screenings next week than this week! I can see it being on until at least a few weeks after the Oscars.
 
I remember Mamma Mia being advertised on TV announcing that it was ending at the cinema, I've never seen that before, I can imagine Avatar doing the same.
 
The film being shown on IMAX tenRAB to suck you into it even more,due to it overwhelming you

i love the IMAX screens,but i tend to go early doors as its usually as cheap as a standard 3D showing at that time before it return back to the normal price
