Hey guys.
I recently started my own jogging routine, and I was wondering if someone could tell me whether it's any good, what could be improved, and how long it would take me to see improvements (in my performance and physically).
Every day for a week, I go down to this oval (about 200-250m) and stretch, then walk one lap, run one lap, walk one, run one, etc. for 30-45 minutes.
The next week, I do the same but walk one lap, run TWO laps, walk one lap, run two etc.
Every week, should I feel comfortable, I run one more lap at a time, but always walk one lap between each 'set' of running.
I also have a stationary bicycle at home, could I use that for anything?
