We received a letter from the IRS that is labeled at the top 4612c. Well it says we have to give our signature and fax it back to them. Well after doing our taxes it said everything was excepted and we would have our return, now we get this request for our signature. Well on it, it says it may take another 6 to 8 weeks to get our return. Does anyone know how accurate that is? I cannot believe this, all they need is our signature and it's going to take that long to deposit our return. Does anyone have an experience with this? We're wondering if it's possible they put 6 to 8 weeks just in case but hoping and praying its here quicker.
