How long to defrost chicken before I gata cook it?

I've had chicken breasts defrosting in the fridge for a little over 24 hours. do i have to cook them now or can i cook them tomorrow night?

3 Days would be my limit without cooking them.

You can cook them tomorrow night, they will be fine. Uncooked chicken will last in the refrigerator for 3 days.
