I bought a relatively small turkey.. about 8lbs.
I was wondering at what temperature should I set the oven and for how long it should be cooked? ( I won't be adding any stuffing inside the cavity.) What should the temperature of the bird read when it's done cooking? I want it to be pretty juicy. I'm relatively new to this and any additional information would be appreciated.
Also is it possible to make a good amount of gravy from this size of bird? Thanks!
