How long to cook pork tenderloin?

I have a 1.2 lb pork tenderloin (one piece not 2) that I have seasoned with garlic and cloves. How long, what temp and how should I cook this?
 
Sear it in a hot pan with oil until lightly browned on all sides. Pop into a 375 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep all the juices in. Meat will be a little pink in center but it's most delicious that way.
