How long to cook beef chuck short ribs?

I put about 5 ribs in the oven, covered them with foil, and set them for 350. They have been in there for a little over 2 hours. They seem done, I cut one of them easily with a butter knife. Are they ready to eat? This is my first time cooking them so i'm a little lost. Thanks. =)
