B biff New member Feb 25, 2010 #1 I am going to be putting it into the crock pot at 12:30pm tomorrow and I want it done at 8:30. Should I start it at low and turn it up to high around 6:30? Also, Whats your favorite recipe for a pot roast?? I think it is around 3lbs.
